BROKEN HALLMARK WATCH

I bought a hallmark watch for almost R500 and wore it for one day, only one day day. as I got home it slid of my hand. The chain had broken off from the frame. I returned it still with the original packaging to show it is week old and I was told they had no guarantee on straps. ONE DAY I WORE IT..... I told them I did not want a refund just an exchange but nope.
