Broken and worn item recieved via courier

I placed an order on monday for a girls pink shortall. The order arrived this morning with RTT and when I opened the package the item inside was torn on the side, and stitched with a dark Grey cotton. To make matters worse the item was dirty. I sent truworths a WhatsApp with no response. I called truworths promenade because the item came from their store. I spoke to the manager Chantal and told her, I said that the item is clearly a return . Someone's child wore the item, it was returned in store the casher probably did not inspect the item correctly, the exchange was done and I was the unfortunate one to recieve the item when it was packed and sent to me from my online purchase. That firstly is gross and totally unacceptable from the store, casher and the person who packed my order. I am now being inconvenienced to return the item to either blue route or constantia. Truworths needs to do better. I am really not happy .that is the order number o***
