breach of contract

I have been forced into an agreement to have a debit order come off my account every month due to unpaid bills. I have explained numerous times that I suffer from anxiety and that I am not to be contacted via phone, and rather by email.

VVM collections, their agency, forced me into this agreement, stating that if I entered into it, the communications sms and emails will stop, even though I specifically said to them on their first call that I will not communicate with them, as I have an arrangement with Truworths which they accepted.

I have lodged an official complaint with Truworths about VVM, and then got an email responding to my complaint - and the answer had absolutely NOTHING to do with what I complained about.

I then rep**** that as to my actual complaint, and all I wanted is no communication until I default on my payments. I was advised by Moenja that I will no longer receive communications from VVM, and guess what - this morning yet another threatening SMS.

I have been paying my bill as agreed, and I will not be bul**** by big companies who call you one minute to collect money, and 2 minutes later to sell you another product.
Your service stinks with no aplogy for it

Hello sonjakapp,

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to clarify your concerns.

When an account is in arrears correspondence is systematically generated from us to you. It is a reminder to bring your account up to date with payment so that your creditworthiness is not further affected. We regret that you did not receive this communication for its intended purpose.

Upon reviewing your account we have established that the last correspondence sent to you was on 27 October 2015 from Van De Venter Mojapelo (VVM), who is currently handling your account on our behalf.

We acknowledge receipt of the payments mentioned in your post; however wish to inform you that as these payments did not cover the full arrears due, your account has remained in arrears.

We trust we have adequately responded to your query and look forward to your account being brought up to date with payment.

Kind regards,

Lynn
