Brand new phone that is not working

bought a Real Me phone in September from The Truworths Store. From the beginning, the phone was faulty. The sound was not working properly and made a strange/funny noise, which made it difficult to hear during calls.

I returned the phone three times for the same issue. Each time, the phone was sent back to me without a proper solution. After the third return, the phone came back with an even bigger problem – it now shows “No Service” when I insert a SIM card. The phone cannot connect to the network at all, which makes it completely unusable.

Currently, The Truworths still has my phone, and I am without a working device. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially because the problem was reported multiple times and never resolved.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the phone and the poor after-sales service. I expected a proper repair, replacement, or refund, but none has been provided.

I would not recommend buying this phone based on my experience. I am still waiting for a fair resolution.
