Bra wires

I bought bras at truworths but was so disappointed. This is second time this happens. It was a twin pack bras. I had the black bra on once, before even washing the wires came out and was hurting me. I gave it benefits of doubt and tried the second bra but the same happened. I'm really disappointed cause the quality of bras is very bad
