bought a jacket
Bought a jacket 2 month ago and I washed it once with sunlight soap but the colour and texture changed as if the jacket was 2 years old and on reporting the incidence the manager gave me an attitude telling me she not sure to address me as a sisi or a mum<br> Further on she said she is not going to help me.and threw the jacket at me.

We acknowledge your frustration regarding the quality of the garment you recently purchased and for conduct of the manager mentioned in your post.
We were informed that on the day of your visit the manager assessed the garment and established that the defect was not as a result of a manufacturing fault. Although the Store Manager feels that she has attended to you in an appropriate manner and has denied the allegations made against her, she has apologized for the way in which you felt you were assisted on the day.
Following your recent complaint logged with our Head Office we confirm that you have subsequently returned to store and the garment was sent to our Quality Assurance department for assessment.
We trust that this matter will be sufficiently resolved once the assessment has been concluded.
