Botched bra sizes

Truworths has got the best bras I've ever had the pleasure of purchasing but my recent purchase was a disappointment. I bought 2 pairs of bras that were labeled size 40DD. One pair was fine and the other pair was off about 10-15cm (waist measurements). When I contacted the complaints department and the service consultants they just told me about the policy on returns . I don't want to return them, I just wanted them to provide something to fix that missing 10-15cm. It's great that they focusing on the fact that the bras don't fit and not that the size was not labeled correctly on the tag, hence making it a factory fault.
