Bluff Truworths pathetic service.

I had the most unprofessional experience at the Bluff Truworths. I stood at the till for online order collections, while the employee (number: ***) completely ignored me until I said something to her, which was met with complete attitude. Customer service training would go a long way. There’s really no point in offering an “online order collection” option if it’s not going to be used effectively. It defeats the purpose when customers still have to wait in line or explain themselves multiple times.
