Black & white DH shoes purchased for Mother's day

Following Truworths' response, I submitted a detailed reply requesting that the matter be escalated for further review and asking them to confirm whether their decision represented their final position. Many business days have now passed and I am yet to receive a response from this business. I have at all times attempted to resolve this matter directly and in good faith. My concerns remain that the shoes were worn only once, required urgent repair due to concerns regarding the heel, and continue to cause significant discomfort unrelated to the heel repair itself. In the absence of any further engagement from Truworths, I am now considering escalating the matter to the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud for independent review. I remain willing to resolve the matter directly should Truworths choose to engage.
