black on black bad service

the service from Jabulani Mall Truworths is sad. my dad got my mother a belt and other thing while she was away, when she came back 2 months, the belt Snapped, he was only able to send it back today 07/04/2026 they refused and offered no alternative . The purchase was made 07/02/2026. the belt was not used it snapped when she was trying it on. now we are stuck with a belt we paid for and cannot use.
