Whilst I am aware that my account is in arrears and have a payment plan in order to pay it off, I cannot believe that your organisation has associated themselves with MBD Attorneys who are a bunch of ruthless, rude and condescending company who regularly contravene the Poppi Act by contacting my fiance who is in no way linked to the account. Numerous requests for them to stop contacting him (which they have agreed to) have fallen on deaf ears.
