25 Jan 2016, 16:52Hello kylejansen14,
Thank you for your post and allowing us the opportunity to respond.
When customers do not meet their payment commitments, we contact the customer to advise on the status of his/her account as additional interest for late payment is charged, and this would reflect negatively at the credit bureaus.
We can confirm receipt of your payments however as these payments were insufficient to cover the installment and arrears due, your account remained in arrears. We believe that you were informed of this by a consultant from the collections agency mentioned in your post on 20 January 2016.
We acknowledge your frustration in this regard however trust that we were able to clarify your concern and look forward to your account being brought up to date with payment.
Should you have any other feedback or concern, contact us directly on *** or send an e-mail to *** and we will gladly assist you.
Kind regards,
Lynn
