Big up to truworths team on Twitter

Three months back I made a payment using my name as a ref instead of my acc,it has been a mission to get the finance team to allocate those funds to my account even though I had proof of payment.I have emailed through the proof of payment to each and every email address I came across with, I have explained my story telephonically to different people everyday until I got tired.Three days ago I decided to ask the Truworths team on Twitter as my last resort to assist in this matter and they came through for me.The managed to escalate the matter on my behalf and it is now resolved
