Beyond bad services yoh

I am utterly disgusted in the method nd manner of truworths I baught this phone teisday and I wasn't informed of the 7day period being used as warranty method as well if faults are experienced with the phone if things was done accordingly nd I knew I would never have baught then phone second time I am battling with poorly organized or trained staff. Now they wanna send away my phone nd I wouldn't buy a phone if I didn't need it for business and I can't b without a phone as I trade business with clients and without a phone means no business so non payments will b made if that occurs. Monday 7days windows period. According to my knowledge if faults are experienced by customer nd the device, it can b returned nd replaced. #truworths&poorService
