Beware - ********** Debit by Truworths

My international bank account was ********ly/frudulently debited by Truworths. I’ve been trying to get this sorted since Dec. 2018. This is Truworths response

Hi ....., the bank statement you provided to the Randburg store is not a detailed bank statement. Therefore we are unable to assist. We require a detailed bank statement from the bank and not a electronic statement in order for us to look into this matter for you. Thank you.

It’s an international account, am I expected to fly out and collect the bank statement?!? No one has had the courtesy to call me but I must pay this money they’ve already taken. No attempt to find out how this could have happened!!
