BEST SERVICE EVER!!!

Good day,

As I know people are so quick to complain, but not as quick to write something when it is something good, I would like to compliment a staff member of Truworths Festival Mall.

Festival Mall is not normally my choice of mall, but due to this staff member, I will ONLY come to Truworths Festival Mall!!!

Elizabeth Pelele, an employee at Truworths Festival Mall has without knowing, saved my life! I have Bladder Cancer as well as an auto-immune disease that attacks all my muscles, joints and organs. On my first visit to this store about 3weeks ago, I just received some bad news on my health, and to make things worse, my youngest son was admitted into ICU. I was so down and was actually ready to give up!

Without her knowing any of this, I asked for some assistance from her, and was surprised how passionate she is about her job and service to her customers, as nothing was too much effort for her and she really goes the extra mile and smiling whilst doing it. She assisted me as if I was the only customer in the store, and whilst helping me, giving me her full attention and making sure that I received the help needed. She could see that something was wrong and due to her kind nature, I felt comfortable to talk to her and told her that my son was admitted in ICU. She immediately started comforting me with so much positive energy that by the time I left the store, I was ready to take on the world again and without me even telling her about my own health wories. That is the extent of what her commitment to give her customers excellent service meant to me!

The next time I went into the store, I was busy browsing through the sale items and out of the blue, Elizabeth came, greeted me and immediately asked how my son was doing! Now that alone is WOW!!! There are hundreds of people that walk through those doors, especially on sale days and she remembered me! That tells me that she didn't just pretend to care, or simply just did her job, but she actually listened to what I was telling her and had real compassion to my situation!

Same story when I visited the store a few days later. The point that I am trying to make is that Elizabeth's passion towards her work and customers is most definitely not just a once off thing. The person I met that first day, is the person you see every single day, which results in EXCELLENT Customer service from her every single day! She is the perfect example of what kindness, passion for your job and great customer service means!

Thank you Elizabeth for being the person you are, because you have a positive impact on people's lives, without even knowing it! Truworths is extremely fortunate to have you as an employee, as you are most definitely an asset to the company!

Today was the 4th time in about 3weeks that I visited the store as I recently opened a Truworths account, but today my visit was not intended to purchase something, it was to get her details in order to give her the praise she so deserves!

In close, I would also like to commend Buyi, the store manager, for her impact and contribution to the store and her staff! WELL DONE BUYI!
