I would like to thank the staff of Truworths Greenacres for their superb customer care.On the 28th April 2023 I went to collect my online order,it was very busy as it was a public holiday the previous day. It was in the afternoon and the queue was endless , I was watching them while serving each customer with a smile, no sign of tiredness whatsoever.

When it was my turn the lady who served me was very patient while I was searching for the notification on my phone.Again looking for the parcel at the back took a long time, the manager kept coming back to check me and apologise for the delay. Ultimately the parcel was found and the cashier and the manager both came and explained why it took so long to find the parcel apologised for the delay.I was a very happy and satisfied customer when I left the shop.Thank you all at Truworths, big up guys.
