Best Estee Lauder Consultant at Truworths

To the management of Truworths and Estee Lauder,

It is truly such a pleasure to write this review regarding the excellent Estee Lauder Consultant stationed at The Mall of The South, namely: Ms Zinzi Ngwenya as she can be describe in one word..."MANIFIQUE"!!! As a former employer of L'Oreal Paris I was completely impressed by what I would define as a delightful performance. I have never gone for a product that is not under the portfolio of L'Oreal until now.

After being advised on all the benefits of the various products, the winning combinations and mostly the spectacular benefit's I was blown away. As a cancer survivor who only survived by the mercy of Hashem (stage 5 with a time limit of 6 month of life left) through two rounds of chemo, a round of radiation, a experimental drug trial, 21 surgeries (all without anitestic as I'm highly allergic) and two stem cell transplants as the first fail as my cancer has no cure, the side effects of my daily life is truly painful especially when it comes to my skin care. I have used so many products that finally this angel Ms Zinzi Ngwenya provided me with a miracle solution that evening though I live in Melrose Arch I am planning to go back to her to make all my purchases as she made me feel so SPECTACULAR that I'm speechless.

Ms Zinzi Ngwenya has not medical training in a laboratory so it would be impossible to ascertain what elements are present in the various products we looked at and yet no allergic reactions whatsoever, in fact for the first time in such a long time I feel like my hopeless situation, where I believed I had no hope of feeling beautiful again, she provided me with a moment where I was speechless.

I am so taken aback by this experience that I am writing to the management of Truworths and Estee Lauder with the hope that Ms Zinzi Ngwenya is provide with a opportunity to explore an option within management or a management programme as I have experienced many opportunities to try these products but after the service I received I was completely put off but now I will become a loyal customer of Estee Lauder and Ms Zinzi Ngwenya for the rest of my life!!!

During Covid19 consumers expect the worst in stores and if you look at the global impact of massive decrease in sales, a new strategy is require in order to survive post Covid19 crisis and Ms Zinzi Ngwenya is part of that new strategy that can provide success to this partnership between these two organisations.

I could spend hours in her presence as there are so many aspects of professionalism that embraces but most of all presents through her character and her own personal values!!! Ms Zinzi Ngwenya I cannot beginning to thank you for bringing back something so dear to my heart and putting the sparkle back in my view of beauty products.
