Below par service

Just opened an account at truworths and the welcoming so far is terrible. Today I went to the Clearwater branch to enquire about the open to buy available and I was told by the cashier, who was nice by the way that there wasn't any. I then wanted to enquire about the transactions so far and she called the lady, who I assume was a supervisor, I didn't get names. I was informed of all the transactions but there was one from earth child I didn't recall. The supervisor addressed my query in a very disconcerting way, making statements like "You HAVE to know" and she was clearly impatient as evidenced by her gestures and rolling of eyes. Instead of feeling like I was being assisted, it felt like I was being interrogated. She even left me hanging and there I was thinking she's still assisting me but alas she was done without even saying so. How rude.

As it turns out, the earth child transaction was done by my partner so it is legit. But the service I experienced today was not it.
