BELA BELA TRUWORTHS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH PEOPLE RAHTER STAND AND TALK TO EACH OTHER TO ASSIST

Poor service in BELA BELA shop - I have bought 2 blouses for my mother and asking in Heidelberg TRANSACTION NUMBER ********** STORE 633 EMPLOYEE ********** - they confirm it can be exchange at any shop - if it do not fit my mother it can exchange. They went on holiday the next day to Bela Bela, the shop in Bela Bela refuse with the most bad attitude ever! If this is the way of handling customers especially elderly people I would rather close the account I have more than 20 years. They did not even look at the clothes or to see if the tags or anything, I even send my ID on whatsapp for my mother. Why do you say all exchanges can be done if your services is so bad and refuse looking even to the product. Maybe it is time to look at the perssonell working at Bela Bela- Truworths because for customer service is there NONE!
