Hello BT8419,

Thank you for your post and for notifying us of your situation.

We acknowledge your frustration regarding the collections communication that you have received. Our records confirm that your Truworths account was being handled by Blake and Associates on behalf of Truworths. As we mandate all companies affiliated to us to uphold our high service standards, we have deemed it necessary to bring your concerns to the attention of their management team.

We wish to apologize on their behalf for the conduct of the consultants during the collections calls and can assure you that this matter will be addressed in earnest.

When the total payment due is not received by the stipulated date, correspondence is automatically generated to advise you of the status of your account as your credit worthiness is an asset. In line with our credit agreement, Truworths may at its discretion, increase or decrease the credit limit made available to a customer, based on the manner in which the account is conducted.

We trust that we were able to adequately respond to your query and look forward to your account being brought up to date with payment.

Yours sincerely,

Lynn
