badservice from truworths
I went to Truworths Somerset Mall on Saturday 08/08/2015, I went to buy a cell phn Samsung S.3 or S.4 Mini , one of the sale persons help me and ask me if I have my ID Book and proof of address to buy a cell phone, I set no I don't have I will come back the next day Sunday 09/08/2015 and that they must keep the S.3 MINI for me the sale person set yes they will keep the phone till the next day. I arrive the Sunday and the same sale person help me and told me that they sell the S.3 MINI, I don't understand I ask them nicely to keep the phone for me but still they sell it to some one ells. Then the sale person bollie me into a Microsoft Lumia phn, I took the phn but did not used it as yet and is not happy with the phn, I want to swap the phone with SAMSUNG S.3 OR S.4. IF THEY DONT WANT TO SWAP MY PHN WIL WIL GO TO ALL THE PAPERS AND MAKE THEY NAME BAD SERVICE.

Following your previous complaint posted 14 August 2015 we can confirm that your query was escalated to the relevant Area Manager. We were informed that he contacted you and apologized for the service received from our store and will address this matter with the relevant consultant.
