Bad treatment from security lady at Truworths Denlyn

On the 30/01/2026 at around 17:50 as I was going on a night shift, I stopped by Truworths Denlyn in Mamelodi to pay account. I paid and as I was going out the doors were already closed and security lady was there already with two gentlemen who also wanted to go out. She was asking them if they bought staff that was marked 50% off which was displayed next to the door. I then greeted her and asked to go out and she asked me the same question I then rep**** no. She asked me why and I said I didn't come to buy and I need to go out cause I am going to work. She was holding on the door and said I am forcing you to buy and one of those two gentlemen said please open for her because you can see she is wearing uniform meaning she is going to work. I would like to complain about that treatment from that security lady who was forcing me to buy before I go, her behaviour was unpleasant and scary as she painted a bad image for Truworths whereas she is employed by a different company. I feel so humiliated and scared to go back to that store
