BAD SYSTEM NOT GOOD FOR CLIENTS

I have been in contact with about 89 people whom have related accounts with the above stores. It had become apparent that there systems are incapable to recording payments made by us, therefore get threatening calls from there debt collectors and reports made on there credit records. This is unnesasry and frankly inexpiable practice as we believe we are being harassed and intimidated for nothing. Further the waited money on there side unjust amazing. Fix your system and stop harassing people because you are inadequate in your systems.
