Bad system and rude call centre employees!

Bad call centre people phoning you non stop after you made arrangements to catch the little short paid amount up this month before the 30th. They phoned me literally every day and I had to repeat the story four times with which the last lady put the phone down in my ear?! They don’t look on the system for notes before they just phone you at ridiculous times of the day!! SO over Truworth’s call centre/accounts devision!!
