Bad Staff - Truworths Secunda mall

Went in to pay account at the cosmetic counter. I was firstly told that I could pay my account there, after waiting a while. No one attended to me, 2 ladies part of staff was busy in a conversation between themselves and i was told to go to the main counter because she is busy with a customer. It was clear that she was not a customer as we could clearly see her Truworths lanyard. When my discontent was seen the lady called me back to pay there, the "customer" lady was rude and very confrontational, lying and saying she is a customer as she walked to her area where she was supposed to be working. This is not the first bad experience we have with the staff in Truworths Secunda Mall.
