Bad staff
Can you please your staff at Mokopane the crossing some manners please or customer care because they have bad attitudes. I bought a jacket few days ago and I returned it as I realized that it didn’t fit me well and they claimed I washed it and they went to check with merchandise in the store and realized that it wasn’t washed and it was how the materials, I felt embarrassed as they were running around the store to compare with the same jackets in the store if it was the was. When they realized it was how the material was they didn’t even apologize to me and they made me wait for quite some time. The service and how they treated me was just ridiculous, I’ve always been a loyal customer but I don’t think I’ll be purchasing anything anytime soon. Please teach your staff manners
