i have been buying at truworths since 2010.... last year i bought UZZI FORMAL black shoes, the shoes were damage...after i have used them not more then five time..........i took shoes back to truworths mall of Africa...i was advise they cant changed them for me? why it 650.00 USED Less than 5times now it cant be changed? but the shoes are still in good conditions the problem first layer of skin was coming off? this crazy? what happened to client service? all they care is my money?

06 Dec 2018, 16:44i think it madness... the shoes cost 650.00 you can see it not even used lot of time, it not like I didn't take of it......what you guys care about it money ? no quality of the item...after so may year been loyal to you...but this is how you thank me.
