<p>went to Truworths Jabulani mall on the 24/04/2017 at around 16:50, when we got there still shopping the security gaurd there closed the roller door, and advised that they are closing, I felt that was totally bad sevices , as we rushed to finish up, as result we ended up not buying all the things we wanted to buy.</p> <p>he kep saying that the machines will be closed and we wont get assistance. we had to rush to finish which really I thing it was unfair</p>

We therefore immediately brought your concerns to the attention of the relevant Store Manager to investigate this matter. We believe that he has contacted you to discuss this matter and
apologized for the manner in which the security guard has assisted you on the day. In addition, this matter was raised with the relevant management of the security company to address this matter with the security guard to ensure that this remains an isolated incident.
We regret that you did not shop as a result of this; however we look forward to seeing you, our valued customer, in store again soon.
