Bad Service Truworths- Online Purchase
My sister purchased goods online from the UK and i tried to return the goods. Online purchase can only be done by the Branch Manager. This took place at N1 City. Supervisor mikailah is completely useless, telling me i must wait until 1hour for the manager to arrive as she is running late.
This is putrid service from retail gaint..or maybe if you pay peanuts you get that quality staff.
Mikailah, completed ignore when i asked what happening she just carried on working.
Wow this you call service.

As mention to the store manager i want nothing to do with Truworths, ill buy anything from your company ever again. My experience with your company was putrid and that was the last straw. I left the clothing with the manager, please ensure my sister is refunded with the details on the online purchase... You don't come close to Markams...maybe recruit from that company and your business will become more profitable and customer retention will increase.
So im not interested in any dealings with your orgaisation.. All i want is a copy of the credit note.
