Bad service - Truworths Online

Good day, I would like to know why if a person phone in and query an online order you must be put through to so many people and at the end a person is still not helped. I phoned in trying to explain that I put the incorrect delivery address in but was transferred to three people and still not helped. This is very frustrating. I would appreciate it if someone can contact me that can actually assist me. Call was placed just after 15h00.
