BAD SERVICE, TRUWORTHS MANAGER

I made a lay-by in the store and the lady at the tills was very friendly and offered great assistance. When I came a week later to take out the lay-by the lady at the tills informed me that the shoe had a damage and that she will inform the manager about it first.

Upon the arrival of the store manager (Hazel) she was rude and was not willing to assist me in any way and even went as far as saying “you can leave the shoes, someone else will be willing to take them damaged”. I then said that since there’s no way forward, can she offer a discount because the show was fine during the lay-by but damaged by the store thereafter and the response was “ There’s no discount offered in this store” and walked away from the tills without waiting for a further response from me or the teller.

I’m extremely dissatisfied by the lack of assistance from a STORE MANAGER who instead of coming up with a solution, decided to be rude and distasteful.

The lady at the tills then offered to call another store that had a size and apologised for the damage of the shoe.
