bad service rude staff members and manager with no cusomer service skills at all

i went to truworths in westgate shopping centre on wednesday 22/09/2021 between 10 and 11 in order to purchase a cellphone upon arrival there was a staff member standing behind a counter filling in details on a unknown piece of paper and another consultant assisting another customer i tried to call the one who was busy behind the counter as she was finished and was no longer busy but after she saw me she looked at me but ignored me then left to go behind the walked to the tills area,i was then made to wait 10 minutes at the cellphone display without any assistance from anyone ,the first staff member then returned and asked me in a very rude manner "what do i want" i then asked her to explain to me about a cellphone product that i was intereted in ,she failed to explain and i then asked for a manager to assist me as i realised this staff member had no intention of helping me ,the mnager came and didnt even allow me to explain to her what im experiencing before she rudely interrupted me and wanted to argue with me ,furthermore as i asked her questions she kept on making several statements which appeared to be very undermining and irrelevant eg you need this you need that without me asking any questions relevant to her comments.i then left the store as i saw i would not get any further assistance from both manager or staff.none of the encountered staff members wore any name tags including the manager this was a very bad experience and not my first in this store
