Bad service receive at Truworths Stanger mall

I Londiwe Faith Magubane On the 09.08.2022 I was at Truworths Stanger mall. The treatment I receive was so pathetic. I wanted to spoil myself with the new phone which was A23 samsung. The price on display was R4199 but when the salesman was scanning it was 4499.and his not telling me that the price has change he wanted me to sign a receipt for 4499. I told him that the phone is 4199 he said te price has changed. Luckily I checked before I signed.

He was tricking me think I will not see that am paying more now. I refuse to sign.

Truworths head office did not even assist said I must ask the store to contact the area manager who didn't assist either.

I walk out of the store without the phone. I have almost paid off my account with Truworths and they have been inviting me to come in and buy as they are having a clearance sale.

I wish they can do the right think and follow up with my case as I like the phone but I want to pay the price I saw which was 4199.

They even went to the stage where they canceled the sale as they refuse to do price override.

It's so sad as I know there are customer out there who can not stand out for themselves.
