Bad service once again

I tried calling canal walk truworth to get assistance with coat in the store..I called men's no answer for about 5 times.

I then call the other number in the store someone answered I had to wait 5 minutes while everyone is having their own conversation in the store amongst one another.

Eventually a lady came to the line not even apologizing for the wait, I asked her why it toke such a while for then to assist ...she then asked sarcastically that she is helping me now... she then dropped the phone whilst I was speaking...then they switched the phone completely off..what bad customer service...Pathetic
