I would like to lay a complain about your pathetic service, I paid my account on the 19 of September 2023,amount of R800.00,see attached proof of payment, today I receive the sms from Mbd saying I defaulted a payment, like how when I paid,how dare you send my information to a third party when my account is up to date? Who gave u consent to send my information?worse part Is I'm threatened about being affected about my redit score,who does that?I'm not happy at all and need someone to resolve this now as you have taken so much of my time calling your so called 3rd party and your lines for nothing, you can do better than that ****mers. see below sms from MBD and see my proof of payment that I have made
