Bad Service from Truworths Mall of Africa midrand

My wife bought a dress in December from Truworths mall of Africa for R850, She wore it one time, and the material turned bad like something from a next door china shop.

She took the dress back to the store and she was asked for the proof of purchase (receipt - which is fair enough) however - She threw away the receipt as no one would expect a store such as Truworths to be selling **** clothes and at the end she was sent back without assistance.
