BAD SERVICE FROM TRUWORTHS

I had a bad experience from Uzzi at Randfontein the manager refused to allow me to contact their head office using their phone, saying I must use my own airtime if I wanna talk to their Head office, which I did lay a complaint now the Area Manager is refusing to reimburse my airtime after finding out that the manager was wrong to deny me access to their phone, the area manager even **** to the head office saying he resolved the matter when it's not even close to being resolved
