Bad service from Truworths

Bad service from Truworths, I bought a shoe size (4) online from Office London at R1099.00 on the 02/03/2024 and my order was accepted, on the 03/03/2024 my order was cancelled due to stock unavailable but yet when I do check if stock is really unavailable. It turns out that yes it’s still available but they have increased the price to R1499.00. I have sent a couple of emails to them and their response is that the only reason why orders are cancelled is when they don’t have stock of which that is not true. I have sent another follow up email with the attachment proving that on the same shoe today the 11/03/2024 they still have the shoe with my size (4). Their service is poor and they don’t treat customers fairly, they cannot make mistakes with prices. I want the shoe and not a refund because right now I feel that they make mistakes with pricing and decide to make changes and give false information to customers. I would Truworths to rectify the issue and respond to my emails with a better solution because you cannot sell at item for R1099.00 today and the next day at R1499.00 after accepting the order.
