Bad service from Truworths and MTN

I bought a cell phone Nokia G10 on 21/02/2022 I've been using it for some time and kept on freezing while I was using it, especially for work purposes when I'm using the internet. firstly I assumed it was new and had to update itself but kept doing for months on end. I eventually lost my patience with the phone and took it back to Truworths Maponya on 12/09/2022 and was booked in and weeks later was told to come to pick up my phone. When I got to the shop I was told that I placed my sim card in the wrong slot which I didn't such. At the time I bout the phone the person who was helping me was the one who inserted the sim card and told me sim 1 is strictly for MTN. When I took back the phone from repairs at Truworths shop the phone came back with new issues. the phone started to switch itself on and off repeatedly and the issue of freezing never stopped. I took the phone back to the store I had a look at it and found out that the issue wasn't resolved with the phone. the second time going to collect my phone the phone started to show Bluetooth kept on coming on and didn't want to turn off. When I asked how about an exchange on the phone because it comes with new issues time and time again and I need a stable phone. I was told that they need a go-ahead from MTN if I'm liable to get a new phone. I'm flabbergasted at how MTN sees its customers as "consumers". Whenever the phone comes back from them it comes with new issues and whose problem is that now? mine again? the Nokia G 10 is having a serious problem and they know about it and don't want to recall them coz they fill they'll lose money. Truworths or MTN must take responsibility because we buy those phones thinking those phone work fine. it cost us as consumers to go return one faulty product again and again. when we buy from these shops we throw our hard-earned money away coz we as consumers are their junk yards but live them with our money. there are bin cars that have been recalled with hundreds of rands coz of safety issues, and food with +-R 50 recently it was baby food coz of health issues. even products that have been recalled such as skin products. If that's the case MTN doesn't care about its consumers. the only time MTN will act as if they care is when the phone blows on someone's ear or just starts fire while in someone's pocket. They don't do they serve on the product they sell to people coz if they did they would know people are having problems with that Nokia G 10. the only thing I honestly want is a new phone, not the Nokia G 10 because I don't want to be a statistics when something bad happens. the phone is with me now giving me all sorts of problems and I'm tired of taking to the shop with no solution. I fill it's imperative for this shop to understand what we go throw with the faulty product. we buy from them coz we have faith in them and trust them but now I'm not sure
