Bad Service from Truworths

I have never received such bad service ever,I bought a Timberland watch ⌚️ from Office London Truworths Online,for some reason the inside of the watch some particles where falling of ,I then took it back to Truworths because it had a 2 year warranty but I was informed that Truworths will take the watch back to the manufacturer to fix it,i have to wait for it until its fixed,I was informed that i will receive the very same watch after its fixed ,how is that possible that I should get a watch that is not 100 percent quality. I was told that Truworths is not office London, so I need to wait for the watch to be fixed by the manufacturer, why should I not get a 100 % quality watch instead I must wait until fixed. I was told that the Area Manager of Truworths Menlyn will call me i am still waiting for the call.
