Bad Service From Truworths

Hi everyone. My bad experience is with Truworths. I purchased a track pants and a tshirt for my 3 year old son from Westwood Mall Truwoths the teller or the person that had cash my sale didnt put the till slip in the pack nor dis he give me. When i got home i checked the packet and the clothes there was no receipt there. I tried calling the shop to tell them that they didnt give me a slip or put in the packet the shop was closed i would assume cause the phone just rang. I went to the store the next day and the female assistant says she cant do anything in regards to exchanging the 2 items that cost me R400 cash. Ive attemped to contact head office but no joy and non of the Truworths stores wants to exchange/return it without the recite. Wven thou i said id take something from there store to the value of both items and if need be i can fill in and take something else from there store. Really disappointed in the customer service from Truworths now im stuck with 2 items that my son wouldnt use cause of it been too tight....
