Bad Service from the manager on duty
<p>I bought a ladies hoddie at truworths Zevenwacht Mall and the manager (Samantha on duty) said that the hoddie got hocked onto something with a bad attitude. As a truworths customer i have been buying my cloths at truworths for long time now and this is the first time i had such horrible service.</p>

We immediately escalated this matter to the Area Manager of the store to investigate and address your concerns. Whilst she has verified that the item was credited to your account on the day of your visit the manner in which you described you were assisted is not in line with our high service standard as such she has addressed this matter with the manager of the store to ensure that this level of service is not repeated. We were informed that she has subsequently contacted you to discuss this matter and apologized for the way in which you felt you were assisted.
