BAD SERVICE FROM ONLINE AND STORE

I would like to lodge a complaint, I ordered items on the 28th of February, the items are marked as delivered but 2 of the items I did into receive. Ive been to the store 2 to 3 times a week the manager at the promenade store if very rude with regards to handling customers and at one point she told me its my fault that the order did not arrive because I spelt my name wrong because they found the order and they they checked again boom, no order when I wanted to confront her, she was in a meeting.

I called in so many times to get this issue fixed but now im being harassed to pay my account when you cant fix my order?
