Bad service from Lady at the Truworths Estee Lauder Counter
I went today the 12th of January 2018 to Truworths Woodlands Mall to buy the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair whereby I was assisted by Miriam who advised me that the the Advanced Night Repair 30ml is R850 and that I can buy the Wake Up to More Radiant looking skin that also include the 30ml bottle is also R850 and then a much better deal to buy. I went to the counter and paid on my Truworths account. When I checked the till slip I saw that I paid R895 and not R850 as I was told. I went back to Miriam and told her that she gave me the wrong price. She then told me that I should then just take the single bottle with the price of R850. I think this is absolutely shocking. She had such a bad attitude and it is the worts service that I have ever received. Why would someone advice me on the wrong price and let me then take something that is more expensive. She did not even appologized for giving me the wrong price. I will never again support Truworths Woodlands mall again!!!
