Bad service from Eunice the manager
I bought my wife a gift yesterday 29 August and wanted to return it today 30 August I’m a account holder And Eunice the floor manager told me that she won’t exchange it and told me that I must just pay my account close it and **** off im sadly dissatisfied with her behavior and with the way she treated me as a customer I’m under valued by Truworths I left the store and left the goods with the slip with Eunice after she treated and sweared at me
