Bad service

So I went to truworths Siyabuswa mall, to exchange what I bought in Phola mall , the cashier called a lady to come and overwrite when she got there she said she can't help me because my ID is damaged she can't help i asked her how because on Friday I bought at Phola mall , she refused to help I showed her the confirmation email I have that I got from truworths to say the ID is fine instead of looking at it she brushed me off and said I should get head office to exchange for me since they said it's fine because the rules are not the same...

Her name is Tebogo and she has a stinking attitude she doesn't have customer service like she's doing us a favor to serve us...
