Bad Service.
I have payed Truworth account online on the 28th of January. I have been getting call, email and sms which reminded me to pay Truworths answers were like go back to your bank while my FNB bank payed. Truworths pay back my R500 and the interest I was charged saying the account is in areas while payed. Can my R500. 00 be payed I need truworths to apologize to my bank FNB.

22 Feb 2021, 19:40I paid my monthly installment on the 28th of January and I started getting final warning messages on the fifth of February and paid the amount due on the 13th of February. I just want my January installment back because you claimed to have not received it where as I have proof that you did.
