Bad service ever

I went to Kemp Square this morning 9h00 it was still closed around 9h20 one customer started knocking at the door then the security stand inside looking at us. Customers were complaining saying that was a normal thing they sometimes open 9h30

After this I went to Festival mall Truworth only one cashier was working others were busy with their things while the line becoming longer and longer . I don't appreciate how Truworth staff treating customers they seems not to take customers serious
