Bad service

I am so frustrated as we speak I bought the perfume at Truworths Mimosa Mall Bloemfontein today and the perfume was liking and in less than 30 min I went back to the store and I was told that they can’t do anything because perfume fell and it did not as I was just keeping it in the trolley all the time and also the manager who was assisting me was not friendly and also rude as she says I am the one who broke the perfume bottle, I even left the perfume at the till , her name is Nthabiseng (store manager)
